- In case of changes of TVA or City Tax (not included), we reserve the right to adjust our rates, guaranteeing the best price in any case.
- To guarantee your reservation, we please you to kindly transmit us the number of your credit card and the expiry date.
We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and validity. We eventually may ask for a pre-authorized debit as deposit which will be negotiated with you depending from the period and the long of your stay (maximum 30%). As an alternative, money order or transfer will be appreciated as well.
- Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. The arrival day the room will be available from 2 p.m.; the departure day we please you to let the room within 12 a.m. . The late check-out may be asked until 6 p.m.: it is on demand and depending from availabilities and it has a cost of 60,00 euro per room.
- The double room for single use, or rather occupied by only one person (DUS), will have a maximum of 30% surcharge on the basic price of the kind of room you asked for.
- Potential no used meals won’t be detracted from the full or half board price. (during meals bar, cave, water and extras are not included).
- For booked treatments (thermae & SPA) eventually cancelled the same day or undone, we will have to charge you, in spite of ourselves, half of the price.
Cancellation conditions
In line with European rules and missing other direct agreements, in case of cancellation or early departure, we will charge the following penalties calculated as percentage on the total amount of the booked journey:
0%: no penalties for cancellations or early departures communicated before 7 days from the arrival date.
25%: twenty-five percent on the total amount for cancellations or early departures communicated between 3 and 7 days from the arrival date.
50%: fifty percent on the total amount for cancellations or early departures communicated between 3 days and 24 hours from the arrival date.
100%: the total amount for cancellations or early departures communicated less than 24 hours from the arrival date.
